Being an Entrepreneur with Anxiety Disorder (Part 1 of 7)
How does an Entrepreneur with High Anxiety function effectively day after day?

First let me make some corrections in above statement/question:
- We do not function ‘effectively’
Effectively implies, we are always successful and the problem is solved for good. NO. Anxiety Disorder is an ongoing journey, and it requires us to keep fighting every single day.
- So how do we do it?
We work ‘intentionally’ and ‘strategically’ expecting setbacks, obstacles, barriers, failure, or as I call it ‘barbwires of mental wellness’
We know we will not always succeed, but we also do not fixate on ‘the end result’. Instead, we celebrate the smallest victory on our way, every step, every milestone we accomplish we celebrate it for what it is.
We also remind ourselves to look back with an intention to see ‘how far we have come!’
- We plan a lot more
- We create micro-tasks, mini-tasks and overall ones
- We review our progress a lot more
- We take frequent breaks
- We seek frequent reassurance
- We depend on structured actions and lifestyle
- We try to be kinder to ourselves
- We may not always succeed but we try
